Welcome To GIFT

GIFT is a company that grew out of a history of over 30 years of continuous provision for the Exceptionally Able, Gifted and Talented child. It is now a specialist consultancy which runs both residential and non-residential courses for gifted children of all ages with a unique resource base of specialists providing over four hundred different extension courses for every imaginable discipline from Archaeology to Zoophysics.

GIFT runs age-specific residential and non-residential courses for school students.  There's no stress, no exams, no marking, no hothousing, no 'school' discipline, and no bullying.  We work in small groups with a graduate/post-graduate expert lecturer in the field (police-checked, of course).  There is plenty of discussion, individual attention, opportunity to go aff at tangents, depth and breadth of learning at the highest level, truth, and networking with like-minded kindred spirits.  Pleasure and enjoyment come out of this mixture and out of that come relaxation and equanimity.

Don't take our word for it.  Click HERE to read comments from past and present GIFTers.  Come and see for yourself!

Sponsorship

We are often approached by parents and teachers regarding sources of possible sponsorship for children attending our courses. This can be a time-consuming and dispiriting exercise for anyone embarking on it for the first time. The following guidelines might be useful...

Residential Centres

GIFT only uses venues which abide by Statutory Codes of Practice and, where applicable, each specific Local Education Authority's own Safety Code with regard to health, hygiene, safety, security and risk assessment.  Naturally, parents are welcome to check over security arrangements at, and access to, centres prior to course commencement.  Specific information (contact details, maps, websites, photographs, etc) pertaining to each of the main centres used is available by clicking on the centre name below:
